Allergens
At Safe Sweets Bakery, our products DO NOT include ingredients containing gluten, dairy, egg, soy, sulphites, Peanuts or Tree nuts. However, our products MAY CONTAIN these allergens due to our sweet treats being baked in the same facility (our home kitchen) as these Allergens.
Please read all information carefully to determine if this is the right bakery for your circumstances, as your safety is at the forefront of our service. We cannot guarantee that our cookies are 100% free from these ingredients.
Cleaning
We take all precautions to reduce contamination of these allergens. This includes using separate equipment, utensils and accessories, to bake, store and package our ingredients. We also thoroughly clean all surfaces and equipment, with food grade sanitiser and other cleaning products, before and after each use. Cleaning includes the house as a whole, the benches, floors, microwave, dishwasher, oven and sink.
Packaging
Our cookies are individually heat sealed to reduce the risk of contamination, and keeping our cookies as fresh as possible. We have Full Nutrition Labels on each and every cookie stating the ingredients, allergens, storage information, nutrition panel and business details.
