What does “Intolerance Friendly” mean?
Our cookie recipes are made without gluten, dairy, egg, soy, sulphites, and nuts, depending on your selection of cookie flavours.
They are designed for people with food intolerances or sensitivities, but they are not suitable for people with coeliac disease, severe allergies, or anaphylaxis risks.
Allergen Information
In line with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (including the new Plain English Allergen Labelling (PEAL) requirements), we:

Clearly declare allergens (such as milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, gluten, sulphites) in both the ingredient list (in bold) and a summary statement (“Contains: …”) in the same field of view.

Prepare our cookies in a home kitchen that also handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sulphites, and nuts. Despite our best efforts, cross-contact is possible.
Limitation of Liability
While we take great care to provide accurate ingredient information and minimise the risk of cross-contact, Safe Sweets Bakery cannot guarantee that our cookies are completely free from trace amounts of allergens.
